Dating from the 1960s this Palitoy Tippy Tumbles Clown now seems very creepy to the generation brought up on horror films such as IT! He would be a perfect display piece for creepy rooms or Halloween decor. Sold as a collectable not a toy.

Condition: Very Good to Good – there may be some minor surface wear and light scratching from use over the years. Vintage condition is not classed as faulty and some minor wear should be expected at least. Any noticeable issues above and beyond this are noted below.
