Vintage Merry Christmas 1988 Glass Bauble Ornament 1980s
Commemorate a special milestone, birthday, or anniversary year with this charming collectible vintage 1988 glass Christmas bauble. Featuring a warm gold metallic mercury glass finish, this authentic 1980s ornament showcases a central green decorative plaque framed in fine gold glitter, inscribed with cursive gold “Merry Christmas 1988″ lettering. Measuring approximately 2” (50 mm) in diameter, it comes complete with its original ornate metal cap and hanging loop. Offered in honest vintage condition with noticeable age-related flaking and wear to the outer gold lacquer finish – revealing the silvery mercury glass beneath – along with light surface crazing to the lacquer that adds genuine vintage patina.
