You can be assured of careful packaging and quick despatch, (so your item arrives in the condition you'd expect from the photos) and Rachel will inform you when she's posted. I recently purchased a lovely set of four (4) vintage Palissy egg cups from Rachel via her shop on ebay. Very quick... dispatch and no delays with the delivery. All of the egg cups are in excellent condition and the parcel was extremely well packed to avoid breakages. Lovely and friendly communications with Rachel via ebay and FB messages plus a cute little card with a lovely message was included in the parcel.
