Vintage Novelty Animal Pencil Sharpeners Germany 60s 70s
Go ‘back to school’ with these classics from the 60s and 70s. These are two lovely animal pencil sharpeners, a penguin and an elephant. They are popular as they also look like ornaments when on the desk. Great patina for their age. Made from plastic in West Germany.
Condition: Very Good to Good – there may be some minor surface wear and light scratching from use over the years. Vintage condition is not classed as faulty and some minor wear should be expected at least. Any noticeable issues above and beyond this are noted below. Please also note that vintage kitchen items may contain coatings or materials containing chemicals that may no longer be considered safe. Therefore these items are sold as decorative only and not for food use.
Noticeable issues: Mostly good, in playworn condition. Some paint loss and age related marks. Some rust spots on the sharpening blades.
