Vintage Giant Novelty Holiday Souvenir Pencils Bundle 70s 80s
Go ‘back to school’ with these classics from the 70s and 80s. These giant pencils were sold in tourist souvenir shops of the time. They were made in Taiwan and featured hand drawn style graphics. The pointy end was protected by a plastic cap and they had an eraser and tassle at the end. Kids would hang them on their wall as part of a collection. Interestingly however, as they were so large they couldn’t fit into standard pencil sharpeners! 9 items in total, price is for the bundle, not sold separately.
Condition: Very Good to Good – there may be some minor surface wear and light scratching from use over the years. Vintage condition is not classed as faulty and some minor wear should be expected at least. Any noticeable issues above and beyond this are noted below. Please also note that vintage kitchen items may contain coatings or materials containing chemicals that may no longer be considered safe. Therefore these items are sold as decorative only and not for food use.
Noticeable issues: Mostly good, in playworn condition. Some have the caps still and some are blunt, some of the paint has cracked on a few, some surface marks. See photos for full condition.
